As a Conversion Optimisation Manager you will join the international Marketing team of AUTO1 Group. Our motivated and ambitious marketing professionals form a powerful unit that attracts users and converts them into customers. We operate all acquisition marketing and conversion optimisation activities fully in-house giving you the best environment for a steep learning curve. In your role for our retail brand Autohero, you will revise and optimise the Customer Journey, bringing data-driven ideas and work closely with our product teams to implement them.

Your new role

  • Drive optimization and growth ideas based on data to provide the best customer experience throughout the conversion path  
  • Take ownership of the A/B testing pipeline, evaluate ICE scoring and assess the performance together with the Customer Journey Analyst 
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and optimize the user journey of the designated area with the help of Google Analytics and other tracking tools
  • Take responsibility of the projects from the first prototype, challenge designs to guarantee an optimal user experience and coordinate with the product and other teams 

Your skills

  • Working experience preferably from e-commerce, ideally with a strong analytical background
  • Strategic and data-driven background with proven examples of driving page and/or product optimization
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good organisational skills and familiarity with the technical aspects of website features and A/B testing
  • Excellent Google Analytics skills; Experience with Google Tag Manager and Tableau is a big plus
  • Fluency in English, another European language such as German, French, Italian or Spanish would be a plus
