Your new role

• Identify, acquire and onboard suitable partners for our product integrations in various EU markets & scale existing partnerships by providing your support and advice
• Allocate affiliate budgets across different affiliate partners based on performance data insights and negotiate rates, renew or cancel existing placements accordingly
• Perform market research, search for new opportunities, analyze the landscape of the audience in order to understand target groups and their preferences
• Be responsible for monitoring the performance and optimization of affiliate strategies
• Collaborate closely with the Product, Web Development and Customer Journey teams to ensure technical feasibility of our advertising media

Your skills 

• Proven experience in Partnership or Affiliate Marketing Management preferably in the e-commerce environment and interest for automotive industry 
• Strong communication, negotiation and decision making skills with persuasive personality 
• Excellent organizational, project and time management abilities 
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with good understanding of Marketing KPIs and familiarity with Excel or similar tools 
• Fluency in English, an additional European language like Swedish or Dutch would be a plus
