We are looking for an IT System Administrator to join our Corporate IT department, who is responsible for creating innovative solutions, working in a highly collaborative environment and owning the entire office system infrastructure. Your new role
- Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end-users across the organization
- Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms (installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, deployment of applications)
- Duly document all incidents and requests and manage a key ticketing system
- Work with your colleagues on the development of the office system infrastructure
Required Skills
- Juniors and mid-level are welcome to apply
- Active Directory experience
- Being service-oriented and a team player
- Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
- Experience with Google Workspace Admin, Atlassian Products, Ticketing Systems
- Proficiency in German and English
