We are looking for a Team Lead Pricing to join our Pricing Team, which ensures short lead times, high reliability, and efficiency while executing the daily operational tasks as well as the long-time strategical tasks in our Pricing Department. In our Pricing Department, we combine technical, commercial, and analytical know-how and determine Europe's best price for each vehicle with the help of our extensive database and constant analysis of current trends. As the C2B business unit (wirkaufendeinauto.de), we are present in over 400 branches in 10 European countries, we are part of AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform. Our free online valuation and wide network of branches offer private vehicle owners unique services for the smooth sale of their used car.

Your new role:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of up to 12 employees 
• Focus on the personnel development of your team members
• Building a solid pricing strategy to ensure the success of your Pricing Team and boosting our Profits
• Monitoring and improving our daily pricing activities
• Secure an efficient communication within the Pricing department and cross-functional
• Analyze and track the KPIs of your team to achieve the defined goals in the best possible way
• Act as a driver in structural topics and continuously work on process and report optimizations

Your skills:

• Preferred a degree in economics or a completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant work experience in the automotive industry. However, it is important to us that you are passionate about your job and have already gained experience in your professional life
• Strong analytical understanding and above-average comprehension skills
• Leading by example and minimum one  year of demonstrable experience leading a Team
• Personal initiative, high social competence, assertiveness as well as strong organizational skills are part of your personality traits
• A good command of German and English, both written and spoken
