Our Production Department is responsible for the supply chain behind the online used-car-buying experience for private customers - from the repair of a vehicle to its delivery by our glass trucks or through transport to the pick-up branch. We are fast, data-driven, and efficient. But that is not enough for us! Our goal is to redefine the used car market for private customers with the help of a first-class production process.

As a Team Assistant, you will be an asset to our international team, you will ensure an excellent candidate and employer experience. You will work closely on different topics with our Production management and support our team with your organizational skills in daily business.

Your new role

• Support our recruiters and onsite managers in active recruiting for the best talent for our production centers
• Will relocate to Hemau to support our local team 
• Coordinate interviews and trial work on-site together with the hiring managers
• Accompany our candidates from the moment they receive their application until their first day of work and provide them with all relevant information so that you create a unique candidate experience
• Take on any administrative tasks that arise and support in onboarding Spanish colleagues and providing all the necessary work materials
• Be the contact person for all HR-related questions from your colleagues on-site

Your skills

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on personnel management or human resources
• First professional experience in assistance
• Assertiveness, personal responsibility, and a can-do mentality as well as commitment and a very proactive way of working
• Interest and courage to try out new things and help shape topics sustainably
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English and the talent to inspire people
