What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop operational solutions that align with the team's strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate with teams to gather necessary requirements to create and maintain process maps and workflow diagrams to provide a visual representation of process steps, handoffs, and decision points.

  • Work closely with the product team to evaluate and prioritize product requests, ensuring that the team's operational needs are taken into consideration.

  • Foster a data-driven mindset within the team, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision making and drive process improvements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that process improvement initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals.

  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive alignment on process improvement initiatives.

  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives and report progress to leadership.

  • Provide support to ensure consistent understanding and adoption of new processes and procedures across teams.

  • Continuously improve process excellence processes and methodologies.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management / process improvement, with pharmacy or healthcare experience a strong plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or other process improvement methodologies.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

  • Experience with process mapping, workflow diagramming, and process documentation.

  • Driver mentality; ability to own a project from concept to reality and to influence stakeholders to participate and deliver results.

  • Proven experience working successfully and collaboratively across diverse stakeholders, including operational & technical teams.

  • Familiarity with evaluating and prioritizing product requests, working closely with Product teams.

  • Located in Pittsburgh or willingness to relocate is a plus.
