Manager, Operational Excellence (Remote)

What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop operational solutions that align with the team's strategic objectives.
Collaborate with teams to gather necessary requirements to create and maintain process maps and workflow diagrams to provide a visual representation of process steps, handoffs, and decision points.
Work closely with the product team to evaluate and prioritize product requests, ensuring that the team's operational needs are taken into consideration.
Foster a data-driven mindset within the team, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision making and drive process improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that process improvement initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive alignment on process improvement initiatives.
Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives and report progress to leadership.
Provide support to ensure consistent understanding and adoption of new processes and procedures across teams.
Continuously improve process excellence processes and methodologies.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration or related field.
5+ years of experience in operations management / process improvement, with pharmacy or healthcare experience a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or other process improvement methodologies.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with process mapping, workflow diagramming, and process documentation.
Driver mentality; ability to own a project from concept to reality and to influence stakeholders to participate and deliver results.
Proven experience working successfully and collaboratively across diverse stakeholders, including operational & technical teams.
Familiarity with evaluating and prioritizing product requests, working closely with Product teams.
Located in Pittsburgh or willingness to relocate is a plus.
