The role

Social Media Executives are key members of the working team who support the execution and management of social media campaigns. You will also be expected to efficiently manage your workload and complete tasks within deadlines.

They will be required to have a hands-on attitude with the agility to jump on multiple different projects. In this role, you must be able to maintain smooth communication between team members, leaders and third party partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

In your day-to-day, you will be involved in the following:

  • Social media community management.
  • Support with social content ideation, scheduling and reporting.
  • Execution of existing campaigns and support on research for new pitches.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and media on a daily basis (act as the first line of contact with clients).
  • Hunger to combine creativity with knowledge of new and traditional media
  • Ability to write content pieces that will be overseen by our Client Manager / Copywriter.
  • Assist in managing events, including basic press conferences and interviews.
  • Establish professional relationships with colleagues in other offices.
  • Participate in brainstorms and create workable programs for new business and existing clients.
  • Keep track of deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Actively participate in new business development including proposal writing.
  • Brainstorm ideas and concepts for the visuals and copies of monthly content calendars.

  • Ability to execute and complete each pertinent aspect of the campaign.
  • Thorough understanding of the campaign phases, mechanics & objectives.
  • Agility – being able to adapt to campaign changes seamlessly.
  • Good communication in English.

In addition, you will need to be comfortable working with teams across borders as your portfolio will be a mix of local and regional projects. Your day-to-day will involve working mainly with teams across Southeast Asia.
