Position Impact:

To make our company and partners successful by providing technical expertise in solution creation using Gogoro products and supporting our customers in shipping Gogoro eco-system to their market. To give excellent insight into the Gostation’ technical troubleshooting and service support to implement Gogoro in all products all around the world.

Responsibilities:

1. To develop and maintain overall technical relationships with technical team & external partners.
2. To lead Gostation technical aspects of the assigned territory.
3. Provide customer service to solve complex interconnect problems and technical inquiries.
4. Maintain and adhere the SLA of Gostation upkeep time and ticket resolution.
5. Responsible for to assist Gostation Maintenance activities with Vendors.
6. Sharing feedback on technical aspects to CFT members for further improvement.
7. Responsible for to assist new Gostation construction activities with Vendors.
8. Responsible to impart training and OJT to Vendor for ongoing activities

Requirements

1. Diploma in an Engineering discipline; Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering preferred.
2. 5 + years experience in the Battery Swapping/EV industry with experience in working technical support functions.
3. Strong technical communication and analytical skills.
4. Internal & external stakeholder Management
5. Decisive, focused, and proactive drive for execution.
6. Open to relocate to Pune
