Position Impact

Gogoro is seeking an Operation and Deployment Manager to be in charge of the operation & deployment of our battery swapping stations - GoStation. The person should have strong knowledge and experience in the SOP definition and regular task management. The position will work closely with the cross-functional teams. Meanwhile, tends to focus on the entire program of operations and deployment and also supports cross cities in India.


  • Take overall accountability for the Gogoro's GoStation, such as the service quality, in-house/outsourcing engineers management, cost controlling, and make sure all the networks are in the best situation.
  • Ensure transparent communication among multi-functions to secure flawless product launches.
  • Coordinate and take immediate efforts in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Following the business development strategy to deploy the new Gostation in cities.
  • Co-work with suppliers to make sure all the construction & operations are maintained at the high service level.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of work experience in management position.
  • Experience in telecommunications maintenance, electrical maintenance, or fire protection engineering.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
  • Highly organized; production and planning skills required.
  • Excellent English verbal communication skills to work with external & internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail.
  • Need to travel for support in other cities across India.
