Senior Administrative Specialist
The Senior Administrative Specialist plays a pivotal role in the internal administrative operations of the company. Responsible for planning and executing various administrative functions, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the company, and providing support to enhance employee efficiency and well-being. This position spans across multiple dimensions, including asset management, safety and health, environmental protection, project execution, public area security, and maintenance management, directly influencing company operations and employee quality of life.
General Administrative Planning and Management:
- Develop annual plans and budgets for general administrative functions in alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Plan, execute, and control general administrative tasks and projects to achieve objectives effectively.
- Manage general administrative procurement, control costs, provide support, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Environmental, Safety, and Health Management:
- Plan and execute occupational safety and health-related tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- Design and implement fire emergency response plans, drills, and training to ensure employee safety.
- Monitor safety and health environments, provide health promotion plans, analyze health examination results, and propose improvements.
- Oversee planning and execution of environmental safety and cleanliness in the facility to promote environmental awareness.
Asset Management and Maintenance:
- Manage company assets, formulate asset management systems, ensuring efficient utilization and maintenance of assets.
- Responsible for maintenance, development, and management of equipment and devices to ensure project progression and effectiveness.
- Supervise planning of public area security service and manage dispatch center operations to ensure efficient general administrative functions.
- Responsible for outsourcing, maintenance, and supervision of repair projects, ensuring normal operation and maintenance of facilities.
- Supervise equipment operation, maintenance, and servicing to ensure stable production operations.
- Develop and execute maintenance plans for mechanical, electrical, water, electricity, and fire facilities to ensure facility safety and efficiency.
Project Development and Management:
- Plan, execute, and review projects, ensuring target achievement and driving innovation and change in administrative engineering.
- Lead engineering negotiations and cost management to ensure project execution within budget.
Team Management and Development:
- Manage the general administrative service team, ensuring optimal utilization and development of human resources.
- Guide team members, fostering their growth in relevant administrative skills.
