Global Account Manager
As a Global Account Manager, you will take responsibility to support all the global clients, to satisfy and fulfill their needs.
You will be the key person to strengthen relationship and trust between clients and Gogoro ourselves, promoting EV to all around the world.
Responsibility & Expectation
You’ll be joining the Gogoro Expansion team to take ownership and be responsible for the business development and commercialization for International/ Domestic partners by leveraging Gogoro platform & its ecosystem.
Working with cross functional teams within Gogoro, as projects and products expand, you’ll have the opportunity to devote yourself to:
．Be responsible for new business/ partners development. Having business sensitivity to explore new business opportunities and account execution.
．Be responsible for projects development and customer negotiation, including scoping, scheduling, setting milestones, developing business terms, deriving engagement strategy, defining success metrics, and all other relevant considerations for successful solution delivery
．Scope solution and technical support throughout the entirety of the customer lifecycle, including the identification of upgrades or solution roadmap targets
．5 Years of experience of client management experience in the technology industry is preferred
．Solid English communication and presentation skill
．Aggressive attitude towards problem solving
．Detail oriented in organization and planning skills
．Have a clear judgement & be able to set priorities
．Global and Startup experience is preferred
．Passion for the Gogoro brand and its products
