As the Product Quality Management (PQM) Engineer, you wield a critical role in upholding product excellence. Your mission involves meticulously overseeing product assembly quality, rigorously tracking product alignment with design specifications, and efficiently managing relationships with OEM/outsourcing factories. Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Product Quality Management:
Facilitate New Product Introduction (NPI) by executing quality activities aligned with project deliverables and quality standard definition.
• Responsible for OEM/Outsourcing Factories:
Survey and manage through GSSE (AVL) assessments, QPA audit, new product development readiness check and mass production product quality monitoring.
• Provide support for both internal and external audit processes.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through lessons learned and shared experiences.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of OEM/outsourcing management experience.
• Familiarity with core tools, especially FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, analytical mindset, and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and availability for overseas business trips.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal auditor (Lead auditor certification a plus), and certifications like CQT, CQE, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
• Proficiency in English, TOEIC score of 650+ with conversational ability.
