Position Impact:

As a GoShare Operations Program Manager and be a crucial link in our operational excellence chain. You will be responsible for optimizing various aspects of our operations at GoShare. Your role will encompass managing customer service vendors, overseeing processes, ensuring service quality, analyzing data, handling financial tasks, procurement, project management, compliance, and contributing to analytical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage GoShare’s customer service vendors, streamline processes, and conduct quality checks to ensure top-notch service.

• Analyze and interpret customer service reports using data-driven insights to uphold outstanding performance levels.

• Investigate and assess urgent customer service cases, providing recommendations to support decisions.

• Oversee GoShare’s daily procurement and administrative management.

• Lead projects related to GoShare's administrative and procurement functions.

• Ensure compliance with operational regulations and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Participate in delegated analytical projects.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in fields such as investment banking, management consulting, finance, or related areas. Or 4-6 years of experience in operations management, with exposure to customer service management.

• Demonstrated leadership in team management.

• Project management experience is advantageous.

• Openness to exploring diverse operational challenges in a fast-paced environment, coupled with strong communication skills.

• A deep interest in operations affairs and a proactive, hands-on attitude.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to dive into various operational tasks.
