About the Role:
As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead the local talent acquisition team (full cycle recruiters, technical recruiters and recruiting coordinators), own sourcing and recruitment, and ensure that lead generation requirements and hiring goals are achieved.

Job Responsibilities:
●Responsible for overseeing the hiring process, updating procedures, supervising the team, and tracking metrics.
● Develop and lead hiring plans.
●Implement sourcing methods, advise on interviewing techniques, and build professional networks.
● Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
● Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
● Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
● Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
● Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process
● Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
● Conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
● Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
● Supervise and provide overall guidance to the recruitment team.
● Evaluate the performance of the recruitment team.
● Attend conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
● Lead Interview Training, represents Remitly at external events
● Partner with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business.
● Communicate with stakeholders to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals.
● Operate with a high degree of autonomy, while keeping stakeholders informed.

● Use internal and external data to build and execute favorable outcomes.
● Define and lead projects focused on continuous improvement. Execute plans with consistent control to deliver expected outcomes.
● Demonstrate ability to search, and engage passive talent using a variety of sourcing and networking methods.
● Compliment in-bound slates with passive candidates, establishes talent pipelines for areas with on-going or critical needs. Anticipates future demand.
● Lead high volume recruitment for our customer success site.
● Guide hiring teams on “how to source” and leverage networks. Promotes recruiting culture.
● Develop, coach and motivate recruiting team on their customer focus, recruiting expertise, completion of performance objectives and goals.
● Build prospect/candidate rapport throughout process, understands motivations.
● Curate experiences for candidates - expert relationship builder.
● Act as candidate and business advocate - able to balance candidate expectations with business constraints.
● Prepare and execute offers with hiring managers, and agencies - builds total compensation views.
● Develop and present strategy/proposals to stakeholders, able to inspire and rally toward a common goal.
● Apply data, business and external knowledge to design solutions, initiate change/influence and achieve hiring goals.
● Build tactics to optimize diversity and inclusion
● Handle niche requisitions to help the team.
● Suggest ways to improve the employer's brand.

Job Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as a Recruiting Manager
3-5 years of experience as a Recruiting Manager
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, labor relations, or related field.
Subject matter expertise of external talent and business marketplace-where to find talent, how to engage and close talent.
Able to recommend time relevant (current and future) data based strategic solutions.
Translates industry insights.
Skilled point person for offering strategies within assigned discipline. Able to navigate resources and consult for offers above midpoint, or outside of range.
