We are looking for a customer support representative who is a highly motivated, talented team member to join our growing team.

- Working Sunday-Saturday 08:00-17:00, 5 days a week
- Hybrid work environment - both home and office
- Interact with customers & resolve issues
- Multitask between different communication channels
- Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps
- Improve customer experience, encourage organic growth & creating engagement
- Growth in online communities, and number of active users
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese - Mandatory
- Experience in customer support
- Excellent communication between customer & department
- Experience in the Payments and Banking industry - Advantage
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in all MS Office products
- Service-oriented person
- Russian speaker - advantage
