About the Role:
We are looking to hire a Director of Executive Recruiting to join our fast growing team in Seattle (please note this is a 6 - 12 months contract role and has a global scope).
In this role, you'll get the opportunity to directly impact our growth through targeting, recruiting, and closing top talent. You will partner with global executive leadership to understand business goals and the people needed to achieve them, while keeping focus on candidate experience, efficient processes, and building Remitly's brand as an employer of choice.
Provide consultative partnership to hiring executives and build sourcing strategies and workforce plan execution
Develop a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Manage an effective interview process and participate in interview training for the business
Ensure a seamless experience for executive candidates from initial contact through onboarding
Oversee full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions, as well as managing global executive search vendors
Use your knowledge of the competitive landscape and data-driven skills to build recruiting strategies
Manage to hiring goals, measure output, and iterate to ensure continuous improvement
Be a mentor and coach to other team members
12+ years of recruiting experience
Passion for serving our immigrant customers
Flawless delivery and a proven record of executive search assignments, including vendor management, candidate experience, data benchmarking and metrics /ROI
Experience building relationships and working with executive leaders to define role scope and organizational effectiveness
Strong sourcing skills and proactive prospecting to support critical roles and succession planning initiatives
Closing ability, with experience closing senior level and executive roles
Experience leading and facilitating meetings to promote positive business outcomes and engage in talent management discussions
Experience leading and contributing to global recruiting projects
A growth mindset who sees challenge as opportunity
Experience mentoring or leading others

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $141,670-$190,000.
