Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales teams to assist in achieving sales targets.
• Stay current on Digital Advertising market trends in Japan, including both the Demand-side and Supply-side.
• Formulate a competitive Go-To-Market strategy and secure approval from internal stakeholders.
• Organize and lead Group-wide meetings based on a pre-established agenda.
• Serve as the central point for sharing effective sales techniques within the company.
• Assist in creating and presenting pitch materials, utilizing industry trends and internal data for support.

• 日本のデジタル広告市場（デマンドサイドとサプライサイドの両方）および周辺業界の動向に関する最新情報の把握。
• 競争力のあるGo-To-Market戦略を策定し、社内関係者と合意を得る。
• グループ全体のマネジメントサイクルを設計し、それにそって会議のファシリテーションを行う。
• 社内でSales状況や戦略を共有するハブとなる。
• 業界トレンドと社内データを活用したピッチ資料の作成とプレゼンテーションをサポートする。

Required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, corporate management, or the sales planning department of a rapidly growing company.
• Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on detail.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively with Sales teams.
• Ability to strategically plan as well as engage in hands-on day-to-day activities.
• Excellent skills in both written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel, including familiarity with pivot tables and functions.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
