As a Lead/Staff UX Designer, your mission is to drive innovative UX design and apply in-depth UX research for our global product, particularly targeting the US market. You'll contribute to a cohesive global design culture, translating product strategy into detailed design solutions. Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the design teams in the US and Japan, fostering a cohesive, innovative, and efficient work environment.
- Participate in all design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to high-quality design standards.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, on various initiatives.
- Contribute to a motivating and forward-thinking design culture, in alignment with the broader Product Design and User Research strategies.
- Adhere to and advocate for design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Offer constructive design feedback on projects, assisting colleagues in refining and honing their skills.
- Allocate time and effort efficiently to meet project timelines and company goals.
- Focus on refining UX design to guarantee an intuitive interface and a seamless user journey.
Required
- Proven experience as a Lead/Staff Designer..
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth understanding of UX design principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience working with cross-cultural teams, particularly US and Japan.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth and creativity in successful product design.
