- Grow the SmartNews ads business sales by driving the acquisition of cross-border advertisers and agencies.
- Develop and own the business growth strategies and its execution
- Build the team of Cross Border Business group, and manage and develop the team.
- Develop systems and operations in cooperation with relevant departments to ensure smooth transactions with overseas clients
- Collaborating with Ad Products and other key departments to enhance our products via customer feedback-sharing and other customer-related activities
- 5 years or more of sales experience in the digital ads related industry.
- Proven track record of delivering result
- Experience of 3 years or more in cross-border transactions and working experience of serving for clients in asia countries.
- 5 years or more of experience in managing large sales teams (10 or more members; multiple teams simultaneously)
- Experience of hiring and building a team at overseas office
- Business-level English, Japanese, and Chinese
- Ability to make frequent business trips for on-site project management, and ability to carry out new customer acquisition and manage relationships with both new and existing customers
