About the Team
If you want to feel the heartbeat of Trendyol, you’re in the right place! The Operations Team manages end-to-end operation activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. There are eight main disciplines within The Operations Team: Operations, International Operations, Delivery, Supply Chain, Operations Business Development, Operational Excellence, Business Intelligence, and Warehouse Projects & Optimization.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Improve operational processes by analyzing customer and seller experience
- Identify and analyze pain points, root causes and develop preventive actions
- Analyze customer, seller, cargo related complaints, define pain points and take actions with a collaborative approach
- Interpret and synthesize customer feedback regarding operations from various sources (customer and seller surveys, operational data and contact center data)
- Regular review of operations KPI's and finding improvement areas, taking necessary actions
- Being interested in different departments and disciplines to actively contributing to company strategy and priorities
Qualities We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (preferably engineering, business administration and economy faculties)
- Min 1 year of experience in related position (E-commerce Seller Management, Continuous Improvement, OPEX, Seller Center knowledge is a plus)
- Passion for Operations and Supply Chain
- Good command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge, BigQuery is a plus)
- Eager to learn, result-oriented, having analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Positive and Energetic
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
- This position includes both specialist, senior specialist experience
