Your Main Responsibilities
- To follow the operation and to work on the improvement of the operation
- Following best practices and the highest standards and ensuring that these standards are consistently achieved, reviewed and improved
- Ensuring that all aspects of the business operate within defined corporate and legal requirements through the team
- To control the planning issues of all parameters within the operational process
- Ensuring the operation of the operation according to the planned targets and increasing efficiency
- Maintaining team motivation and increasing the team's competencies
- Contribute to development by producing KPI and process analysis
- To be able to find the transfers to be established, design their processes, follow up and manage their projects
Qualities We Are Looking For
- University degree in Engineering faculties or related fields
- At least 8 years of management experience in the transport and / or logistics industry, 4 years of blue-collar and white-collar team management experience
- Experience in Supply Chain and multimodal transport operations
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Strong project, process design and management skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Analytical and interpretation skills
- Having a class B driver's license (active driving), no travel disability
- Completed military services for male candidates
- Residence or willing to residence in İstanbul
