About the Team
The Corporate Affairs Team at Trendyol drives impactful engagement through three key functions: Corporate Affairs, Corporate Development, and Corporate Communications. We build strong relationships with government stakeholders, advocate for commerce-friendly regulations, and amplify our influence within industry alliances. Our Corporate Communications efforts enhance brand perception through effective media management . Additionally, the Corporate Development team focuses on strategic partnerships and business restructuring.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Implement Trendyol Group's CSR strategy
- Develop and lead a comprehensive roadmap and projects to achieve sustainability and CSR goals
- Form and create relationships with key community partners and stakeholders, as aligned with CSR strategy
- Collaborate with various teams to drive related campaigns that amplify our impact and align with key business priorities
- Proactively analyze business trends and industry benchmarkingWork with internal teams and external stakeholders to evaluate needs and tailor solutions that support Trendyol's Sustainability &CSR goals
Qualities We Are Looking For
- The experience range for this position is suitable for manager roles
- Extensive knowledge of corporate responsibility and social impact methodologies and trends globally
- Min. 10 years validated experience in corporate responsibility or relevant roles
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Master’s degree a plus
- Significant stakeholder relations, CSR and preferably sustainability strategy experience
- Know how about delivering social impact reports of CSR projects
- Experience in corporate responsibility projects focusing on rural development, quality education, women empowerment and digital equality
- Being a self-starter that sees opportunities, identifies solutions, engages partners and drives action plans to successful completion
- Ability to work with abstract ideas and sophisticated projects, defining a clear strategy to meet objectives and larger company goals
- Outstanding partnership skills, with a confirmed ability to identify, initiate and lead efforts with both internal and external teams
- Consistent and clear communicator and proficiency in English
- Shown success in the development and execution of successful CSR projects implementation
- Driven, entrepreneurial who is also flexible, and adapts easily to shifting priorities
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment and to function at both a strategic and hands-on level
- Excellent organizational, planning and follow-through skills, including attention to detail
- Have no obstacle to travel
