  • Play a key role in making Trendyol an employer of choice, strengthening our employer brand, improving our candidate experience, and maximizing our access strategy.
  • Help define our employer value proposition and strategy with our team of corporate communications, brand marketing, and people teams.
  • Execute the employer branding strategy, understanding the needs of different countries and company-wide initiatives.
  • Work on creative internal communications projects to increase our employee engagement and sense of belonging.
  • Develop engaging communications that reflect our employer brand to attract top talent internally and externally.
  • Drive internal community engagement initiatives to enhance employer brand perceptions.
  • Activate and work with a proactive pool of Trendyol ambassadors.
  • Develop internal and external events and meetups that provide opportunities for personal development and contribute to a diverse and inclusive working environment.
  • Ensure you're a true partner to the business and the wider brand team, driving global initiatives and optimizing within your markets.


  • Extensive experience in employer branding and internal communications, including cross-departmental collaboration and alignment.
  • Strong expertise in international multi-brand positioning and talent attraction methodologies.
  • Drive internal community engagement initiatives to enhance employer brand perceptions.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and inclusive working environment, encouraging cross-functional teamwork.
  • Shape the employer brand strategy through data-driven decision making and KPI analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire and motivate others and create a shared vision.
  • Thrive in an agile environment, driving continuous improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to the People & Culture strategy by attracting the right talent and aligning brand activities with strategic objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English, fostering collaborative relationships with teammates and global partners.
