ABOUT THE TEAM
The Finance Team is Trendyol's control center. The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Working with internal teams and external consultants at the interface between finance and technology, including the analysis of Trendyol Group's processes and procedures,
- Delivery of S/4HANA enabled transformation programs and specializing in S/4HANA Finance,
- Designing and configuring of SAP FICO solutions and integration aspects,
- Responsible for the development and implementation of innovative solutions as part of a comprehensive consulting service,
- As well as identifying potential consulting mandates and developing proposals you will be involved in the project planning and order evaluation process,
- Responsible for the independent management of the individual project phases,
- Demonstrable experience of Agile working practices on an SAP implementation, along with planning of activities during the project.
Qualities We Are Looking For
- 12+ years’ experience with SAP Finance applications required,
- Configuration & Implementation knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Core FI (GL/AR/AP), CO (CCA, PA, OM, PC, PCA) Tax and Legal reporting, Bank Acc. Management, IFRS Reporting, New Asset Accounting, IFRS 16 on RE-FX, Consolidation, Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation (ICMR), Financial Closing Cockpit (FCC), Cash and Liquidity Management (CLM), Treasury and Risk Management (TRM),
- A deep understanding of SAP systems and their integration with other enterprise applications,
- Leadership experience in enterprise applications, including some combination of direct supervision, team lead, or project management responsibilities required,
- Lead teams of SAP Business Analysts and other project team members from the business in the delivery of critical projects which require end to end process and technical expertise based on SAP best practices,
- Understand and manage client expectations to ensure client service and satisfaction by meeting the needs of clients in a complete,
- Should have a good understanding of Integration points with SCM Modules (SD,MM)Knowledge of SOX compliance and its impact on SAP configuration,
- Have a degree in computer science, economics, or comparable field of study,
- Fluent in English,
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) working with stakeholders and development teams,
- Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative,
- SAP Certification would be a bonus,
- Strong analytical skills would be beneficial.
