ABOUT THE TEAM
The Finance Team is Trendyol's control center. The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

ANA SORUMLULUKLARIN

  • Yapım işinin ruhsata ve ruhsat eki etüt ve projelere uygun olarak gerçekleştirilebilmesi için gerekli olan inşaat ve iş organizasyonunu sağlamak, mevzuatın öngördüğü her türlü tedbiri almak, uygulamak ve uygulatmak,
  • Günlük olarak inşaat operasyonlarını denetlenmesi, işin zamanında, bütçe dahilinde ve doğru kalite standartlarında, güvenli bir şekilde yapılmasının sağlanması,
  • Genel iş programını hazırlamak, sahada yürütülen işlerle karşılaştırılmasını yapıp iş programını güncelleştirmek,
  • Projede imalatı gerçekleştirilen tüm disiplinlerin kontrol edilmesi, gerektiğinde teslim alınması, proje uygunluğunun gözetilerek gerekli raporların düzenlenmesi,
  • Fiyat/maliyet analizi yapmak ve raporlamak,
  • Süreçte gerçekleşmesi muhtemel aksaklıkları öngörme, ilgili kişileri zamanında bilgilendirme, çözüm önerilerini sunma,
  • Görevleri önceliklere ve mevcut plana göre koordine etmek,
  • Makine ve ekipman kullanımını denetlemek,
  • Acil durumları, belirlenmiş prosedürlere uygun şekilde ele almak; yapım işinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin sağlanması için gerekli her türlü önlemin aldırılması ve kontrol edilerek raporlanması,
  • Tüm güvenlik önlemlerinin ve kalite standartlarının karşılandığından emin olmak,
  • Atanan projelerde çeşitli departmanlarla ve ekiplerle birlikte çalışmak,
  • Şantiye ile alakalı her türlü defter, tutanak ve benzeri belgelerin muhafaza etmek, düzenlenmek,
  • Projelerin kapsam ve hedefleri içinde tüm ilgili paydaşları içeren teknik fizibilite yapılmasını sağlamak,
  • Projeler ile ilgili raporlama yapmak ve gerektiğinde yönetime bilgi vermek.

ARADIĞIMIZ NİTELİKLER

  • İnşaat mühendisliği veya mimarlık bölümlerinden mezunu,
  • Minimum 5 yıl kaba yapı (tercihen endüstriyel yapı) tecrübesine sahip,
  • Daha önce şantiye şefliği yapmış, görevin mevzuat gerekliliklerine hakim,
  • Seyahat engeli bulunmayan, uzun süreli şehir dışı projelerde yer alabilecek,
  • Yoğun çalışma temposuna uygun,
  • Ms Office, Autocad programlarını aktif ve etkin olarak kullanabilen,
  • Analitik düşünme becerisi kuvvetli,problem çözme yeteneğine sahip,
  • Yatırımcı ilişkileri yönetme deneyimi olan,
  • Sorumluluk bilinci yüksek ve zaman yönetimine sahip,
  • Sözlü ve yazılı iletişim becerileri gelişmiş.

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.
We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
